Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enroll in paid services, mentorship programs, or virtual sessions.
Participants agree to:
KJ Finance Forward reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or harmful to others.
All program fees must be paid according to the terms outlined during registration or enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated:
Participants may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
Missed sessions are generally not refundable.
KJ Finance Forward reserves the right to reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances.
All curriculum, lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, videos, materials, graphics, and content developed by KJ Finance Forward remain the exclusive property of KJ Finance Forward and/or Raquel Knighten.

At KJ Finance Forward, we are committed to providing high-quality financial literacy education, mentorship, workshops, and educational resources. We value our students and families and strive to maintain fair and transparent policies.
Students may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Students who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit that session and will not receive a refund.
Refund requests for unused prepaid sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any completed sessions are non-refundable.
Due to limited seating and program planning requirements:
Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future session, subject to availability.
Refund requests submitted at least 7 days prior to the workshop or event date may receive a full refund.
Refund requests made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund.
If KJ Finance Forward cancels an event, participants will receive either:
Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
Members may cancel future billing at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Members will continue to have access to membership benefits through the end of the paid billing cycle.
Due to the nature of digital products:
Custom training, workshops, curriculum licensing, and organizational contracts are governed by the terms outlined in the signed service agreement.
Any cancellation or refund provisions will be specified within the individual contract.
KJ Finance Forward understands that unexpected situations may arise. Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
